New Blog Look, New Blog Series, and a Feedback Form!!

Hey everyone!! Welcome back to Wishing Upon a Star. I hope you’re all doing well, staying safe and happy 😀

As you may have noticed, Wishing Upon a Star got a blog makeover! I’m quite happy with the new look—new year, new blog style, right?! Navigation around my blog has remained more or less the same, so there is no worry over that 😉

During the month of February, I will be hosting…drumroll please…A BLOG SERIES!!

This will center on the craft of writing, with new posts every Saturday and Sunday. It is called the Insights of the Writes. I’m thinking I will personally cover 4 topics within the subjects of Story Style, Character, World, and Plot respectively, but there will be opportunities for YOU to suggest topics you want to know more about or questions about the writing process you want answered. I’d LOVE to hear from you, this is a safe space for us to talk about writing, so please, ask away in the form linked below!! I gave examples of questions in the form, but please don’t feel confined to choosing those, they are just examples to get you going! Please be as detailed as you like in your questions as well.

This is a shorter post than normal, but I hope it was informative and helpful to see my plans for the blog in the coming weeks. I know numbers aren’t everything, but I’m incredibly grateful for your consistent readership—I would love to get the blog to 150 followers this year, so if you would like to help me reach that goal, you have my gratitude. 2021 still holds uncertainty for us, but I know we can get through it.
